About Us

FPM In the Community

Giving back to our local area

Our staff live, work and travel throughout the many charming communities that comprise Cape Cod. So, it stands to reason, we would want to give back to those same communities.

At First Property Management (FPM), we have made it a commitment to partner with Habitat for Humanity of Cape Cod. Habitat for Humanity partners with families in need of an affordable home to build one of their own, fostering stability, self-reliance and a strong sense of community. FPM offers their property management services to 8 Habitat for Humanity properties on Cape Cod including managing their financial transactions for Habitat’s homeowners and condominium unit owners.

FPM most recently became the maintenance manager for the Cahoon Museum of American Art in Cotuit. The Cahoon Museum of American Art’s facilities include a historic building with a modern addition. The museum features fine art, folk art and American art from the 1800s through the present. Public Programs include a series of annual changing exhibitions, tours, artist’s talks and workshops and family activities.
